Refund, Resend and Returns Policy

Easy returns, refunds and resend policy. Learn how to return or replace an item.

Summary

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most items. Items must be unused, in original packaging and in resaleable condition unless the item is faulty.

How to start a return

  1. Open a support ticket at support@glosivo.com or use the returns page.

  2. Provide your order number, photos of the item and reason for return.

  3. We will approve and provide a return shipping label if the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Refund timing Once we receive and inspect the return, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days.

Resend / Replacement If an item is lost or faulty, we will either resend the product or issue a replacement after verification.

Exceptions & Custom Items Custom or personalized items may not be eligible for a return unless defective. Clear this with support before ordering.

International returns Return shipping for international orders may be at the customer’s expense unless otherwise agreed.
